1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Sprinkle of ginger
Sprinkle of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
3 finely pitted & chopped medjool dates
2/3 cup dried cranberries
Toast nuts & sunflower seeds at 400F for 10 minutes until golden. Toss with the dates, apples, cranberries, salt, & spices. Makes about 3 1/2cups.
